• The Student's age must be within the range shown in the table below.

• The priority for accepting students will be given to siblings of those already registered in the school

• You must fill in the application form for the new student and attach the required official documents as indicated on the application form

• An interview and assessment will be conducted for new enrollment, and you will be informed of the acceptance decision within five days.

• Upon acceptance you will be given a acceptance letter stating that your child has been accepted in The English Playgroup & Primary School. This letter will allow you to transfer the student's file from the school he/she previously attended.

• The school can not accept any students with special needs as the school has no facilities to meet the requirements and needs of students with special needs.

• You must submit the child's medical file as part of the official documents required upon registration.

• You must complete the Parental Consent Form for photographic & media materials

• You must sign the Financial Agreement Form.

• You must complete the SMS Service Form.

Note: School uniform (8 pieces), school trips, nutrition, school books, and SMS messages are included in the tuition fees for all levels.

Discount Policy:

• 10% discount is given for the 2nd and 3rd child in the family upon completion of the academic year
• Discounts do not apply to students who withdraw during the academic year.
• Discounts do not apply for absences or holidays during the academic year.
• In case of student withdrawal without informing the administration in writing, the student's account will not be closed and discounts will not be applied.

Withdrawal Procedure:

• In order to withdraw a student from the school, parents must complete and sign a Student Withdrawal Form available from the administration.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The 100 KD registration fee is non refundable, even if cancellation takes place before the start of the academic year.
• In case of withdrawal, uniform will be charged at 40 KD.
• Fees are due for the months attended up to and including the month in which the:
  • Early Years (Pre-KG and KG-Listener):
    For each month attended up to the month of withdrawal form submission, 125 KD is due plus 100 KD registration fee plus 40 KD for uniform.
  • From FS1 to KS2:
    20% of total fees are due if a student withdraws between 1st of Sept. to 30th of Sept.
    30% of total fees are due if a student withdraws between 1st of Oct. to 31st of Oct.
    40% of total fees are due if a student withdraws between 1st of Nov. to 30th of Nov.
    50% of total fees are due if a student withdraws between 1st of Dec. to 31st of Dec.
    66% of total fees are due if a student withdraws between 1st of Jan. to 29th of Feb.
    

Late Enrollment Policy:

• From Sept. to 15th of Oct. - no discount is given.
• From 16th Oct. till end of Oct. - 10% discount is given on annual fees.
• From 1st Nov. till end of Nov. - 20% discount is given on annual fees.
• From 1st Dec. till end of Dec. - 30% discount is given on annual fees.
• For Jan. and Feb. - 40% discount is given on annual fees.
• Late enrollment discounts are applied on the final installments of fees.

Bus Fees Policy:

• Applicabe only to students registered on bus service.
• 50% discount is given to the 2nd child resident at the same address.
